pursuit... We are very often asked how much a certain cake on our website cost, and
due to the privacy of our clients we don't disclose that information directly, and since
we never do a cake twice, the former price may not really matter.
Cakes are normally priced per serving, A simple buttercream cake you see on our
website usually starts at around $3.50 a slice. Compared to a desert in a typical
restaurant, (which is usually mass produced, frozen and thawed) the price is very low.
Of course everything involved determines the price of the cake such as: type of icing,
i.e. buttercream or fondant. Does it have lots of hand made elements, like flowers and
bows? Is it being delivered? ( we require delivery on most cakes that need set up)

Q? Whats a buttercream cake??
| These are buttercream cakes!! Buttercream is usually made with butter and sugar... Ours is a modified type that holds up better, is typically whiter, and taste even better!! Our buttercream is totally home-made and something we are known for!! (yummy!) These cakes are just examples of a buttercream cake... Our cakes in this style start at around $3.50 a slice. There is no change in price for the style or design, shape or size, pattern of decoration, etc! Any flavor you choose or mix and match. These cakes usually get fresh flowers (provided by your florist) have flowers hand made by us or are left simple and elegant. There are dozens of examples on our site. Do keep in mind that anything added such as bows and ribbons or flowers will effect the cost. |
